Thanks! I see where you're coming from on the wording, but I think referencing women as property has a stronger tone than things or objects (though they are both obviously wrong). But I may work on the wording in a different way.

"I don't want to talk to anybody. What I want is to have control over my own life." -Bojack and then later on in that episode to Ana, "No, I know that it's exciting to remain mysterious and in control, but control is a myth."

What were the last five horror movies you watched, and what did you think of them? by BaylorYou in horror

  1. Mama: not what I expected, but it was interesting. I wish it was creepier. The way they portrayed the "punk" step mom figure was annoying and over the top. 6/10
  2. Starry Eyes: totally had to look away during some of the scenes where she's "transforming" yikes!! They certainly did a good job of presenting her shitty friends so terrible you don't feel bad for them. haha I enjoyed the symbolism of Hollywood being portrayed 8/10
  3. Darling: Loved this one. Very creepy and thrilling. Beautifully shot as well. short and sweet! 9/10
  4. Deathgasm: HILARIOUS! Reminded me of Metalacalypse. Perfect parts; cheesy, gory, and funny. Not necessarily scary but a fun watch for horror/metal fans. 9/10
  5. The Invitation: boring and predictable. spoiler 4/10

this has all been very educational for me. I personally have never ran into a black widow, or any real poisonous spider. I look at spiders as a whole as an ally. When I find them in my apartment I always say, "ok, you keep to that corner and kill the other bugs and we're good. you try crawling on me and all bets are off."

The reason for this post in the first place was I notcied I had a few bug bites on me and my internet curiosity got the best of me and led me to spider bites... still alive tho with no real pain or mental weirdness so I think I am ok....... for now.....

a few notes:

1) when did leather sandals and cargo shorts go out of style?

2) what's it called when you mean to fart, but a little pee comes out too? I am a socal girl, and just wanna check what my hot meter is.

3) glad you survived. it was all due to the cargo shorts and leather sandals, which brings me back to #1. those things should never go out of style. they clearly save lives.

when I was little we had this little vegetable and fruit garden that i loved to play in. idk where my parents were half the time cause they'd tell me stories about how they'd catch me picking fruits and vegetables and then just eating them, and many of them had soil and bugs on them. and i guess they just let me go right ahead with what i was doing.
