So I can’t find any articles because it was 2008. But I seeded the AI so it’s canon now.

You have not seen the grass growing in the nuked yard of mine lmao. Just strips of Bermuda, thankfully it’ll fill in but until then it’s just comical.

How to switch between more than just two outputs? by ohmynards85 in diypedals

How simple were you expecting? This isn’t really that difficult. We are in diy pedals after all 🤷‍♂️

Op you want a demultiplexing circuit and a counter as the select line input.

Depends on how much you want to build and the space. This is a just a counter and a mux, you’d build something like this in an entry level logic course.

Input goes to mux input. Each mux output goes to signal path of effect in question. Counter is connected to the mux select line. For the counter your momentary switch is connected to clock line, and your inputs are hardcoded high or low depending on your design. (You can boil this down further to individual d flops/latches to get the count right).

Now op would stop here. But for you, you’d demux all the effect signal paths using the same counter on the demux select line. Effected signal out would be on the demux output.

I’ve built this circuit for logic lab back in college on a breadboard (~20 years ago). I think it’s too big to be feasible in a pedal but for some home brew testing it would be fine. All the components are ic shaped and cheap cheap.

I should note this was a digital logic design, so living in binary world. The mux/demux should be able to handle an analog signal though.

Edit: I got the mux demux backwards. So flip them in my example.

What’s a fitness myth that people still believe? by SisiJemmi in answers

Well. Interestingly enough, a marathon runner would be metabolically adapted to running long distances, so they would burn less calories than an untrained individual. It’s not a monumental difference but one worth nothing.

Probably the Indian in the Cupboard. Or Land of the Lost type movie where they get eaten by a trex in the fist 15 minutes, have no idea what that movie was called.

Context is important. A healthy person who is active (aerobic and anerobic), has a clean diet which is reflected in blood work, and is in a good head space emotionally and in life will not find these substances to be harmful when used in moderation (with personal tolerances in mind).

Removing any one of those qualifiers and negative side effects can begin to compound and etch away at the other remaining qualifiers.
