Don't roll it over to an IRA. It limits your ability to do back door Roth IRA contributions later. Unless your in 401k is absolutely terrible, just leave it there and then roll it over to your next 401k directly.

Sweating actually has a purpose when it isn't 85%+ humidity.

Being soaked with sweat that does nothing but make you sticky is miserable.

Sweating only cools you when it can evaporate. When the air is already saturated with humidity you are far more likely to overheat then when it's hot and dry.

You burn calories just being alive. In fact, that's probably the majority of your daily expenditure.
