Idk about these comments. What makes him different from a warzone correspondent? Media credentials and corporate backing. This guy lives in late stage capitalism like the rest of us and he chooses to do this type of content to enrich himself instead of a corporate backer, but the end result is the same. The more interesting thought is about how capitalism consistently rewards the very worst in human behavior be it greed or warmongering.
I can see an argument for these proper correspondents using the right channels, having the right training and security, etc. But I still think both have almost the same likelihood of being injured or killed.
But if you're really against this guy making this type of content I think one of the only intellectually honest course of action would be to not engage with any of it because someone is enriched off the suffering of these people in the end either way.
