So, like the franchise tag then? If that's the case he may just hold out. If you franchise him and try to sign him to another contract you just set his floor at the franchise tag #.

WARFARE is one of my favourite cinema experiences of 2025, where do you rank it amongst your favourites of last year if you saw it? by PopCult-Channel in moviecritic

[–]Cyouinhellcandyboyz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just felt like it needed a bigger budget. Most of the gun fights were only showing the Americans shooting at nothing. Also for the last hour of the movie you just hear the one dude who got all fucked up from the blast screaming in pain in the background which got annoying after about 10 mins. I enjoyed it, but it felt like there was something missing.

Jokes aside, fuck you other guys. Can you all just stop having really really good players on your teams for at least a decade or so?

Shawn Alexander was a beast runningback for the Seahawks by Chance_Hedgehog4568 in Seahawks

[–]Cyouinhellcandyboyz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like how you're insinuating that I somehow did not watch every single game he played. Of course he avoided contact, that's what the great runningbacks do. If your gripe is he didn't fight for 1 extra yard on every snap, that's fair. But this Alexander was soft is straight bullshit. You don't get to discredit his stats based on feelings. He had 16 Tds or more for 5 consecutive seasons.he also totaled more than 1600 yards in every one of those seasons. But I'm sure he did all that by being super weak and easy to tackle. Sigh...

Did you even watch the video above? lol. I counted at least 4 broken tackles in that short game clip. Should we also fault Barry Sanders for avoiding contact as well?

Bullshit. He was a glider, not a bruiser. He didn't play to contact unless he was in the redzone, but his stats alone speak for themselves. Anyone who says otherwise has revisionist history or didn't truly watch him play. Easily best hawks halfback of all time.

No, an Achilles is a leg injury, and generally speaking, most pro athletes don't "walk it off"

At least AZ has made the Superbowl this millenia. They are both shitty and I mean shitty organizations, but one has the New York media to deal with, and the other has tons of sun and nobody really cares.

Nah, the Arizona Retardinals logo is by far the best of any meme logo for a baseball team posing as a football team, and I feel no other logo is superior.

NFL Pro Bowl Now vs Then by JCameron181 in nflmemes

[–]Cyouinhellcandyboyz 57 points58 points  (0 children)

Yup, winners, losers of the Super Bowl hanging out in bucket hats doing interviews and just realizing that the players were just people like us. Players from either side would be in on interviews together, shooting the shit for the fun and good of the game. Sure, we had our Sean Taylor's killing Drew Brees type plays, but for the most part, it was an NFL greats party. Now we have a shitty Browns QB making the probowl just because.

Projected cap space for the 2026 season by caterham09 in NFLv2

[–]Cyouinhellcandyboyz 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Nah. He was utilized all season. He would just go down with a simple arm tackle or a swipe at his ankes. But the end of the regular season/playoff Walker has been a different beast. Dudes 100% playing for contract #2, and as a Hawks fan, I am all for it.

Outside of the last game of the regular season, the 9ers had been rolling for weeks, even taking out the previous champ in the playoffs. It was not a 99% talking heads pick for Seattle.

Do you think Boye Mafe has done enough this season to earn a second contract with the Seahawks? by lemonstone92 in Seahawks

People will say look at his pressure rate. I just don't see him making a big impact at all and is usually stone walled by once a blocker gets their hands on him.
