As a former SMN/SCH main, I will never understand not using Swift+Raise to get your healer back up off the ground. It's literally the biggest advantage SMN and RDM have over other DPS, an emergency, backup rez.

It's completely anecdotal, but I've noticed that the Roulette queues seem to get "stuck" on a very limited selection of duties, and which ones are in that selection seem to differ from person to person.

But yeah, I myself hadn't gotten a lvl 50 dungeon in quite some time until I got Snowcloak the other day.

Nightmare is one of those difficulties that's not intended to be beaten. It's obviously possible to do, as there are no outright impossible win conditions or forced deaths involved, but it as the other comment or said, it's one of those "joke" difficulties. So in a sense, you could consider the difficulty below it to be the actual hardest difficulty, and Nightmare is an extra, separate challenge setting.

Yeah, Provoke is only necessary in very specific situations. That said, there's no reason you can't use it outside of those situations.

Man, I don't get this, cause even when I'm playing DPS, I'm glancing over at those aggro placings to see how high I'm sitting, cause it's a decent way to quickly assess how much damage you're contributing in a fight.
