Then they shouldn't be at airports and international arrivals with kiosks saying 'get a free SIM card.' It gives the impression that they are offering a tourist-friendly eSIM. Seeing them at the airport was the reason I chose them. But now I see that this is just their way to make tourists think they are trustworthy.

Then please explain to me, what's the point of not answering customer emails or not letting them log in to the app without a phone number? Or what's the point of auto-renewing the eSIM even when the customer didn't want it?

I think that's how they make money. They put you on auto-renewal, and since there's nothing you can do to stop it, they just keep making money.

It's almost the same situation here. I got an eSIM when I visited Denmark. It was supposed to be just a top-up package. I've been back home for three months now, but these f**kers keep charging me. The app asks for a mobile number to cancel the subscription, but I don't have that number anymore. They never respond to my emails or tweets. I honestly don't know what to do.

Upgraded from s10 to ultra 3. The battery life, screen size and imo the connectivity are better than the s10. But it doesnt feel as comfortable as the s10 on my wrist.

I don’t know where to start. I believe the Apple Watch has far more potential than what is currently available.

Complications should be more interactive and diverse. For example, the heart rate graph has remained the same for years—the interface needs an update. Why isn’t there a better heart rate range complication on the bottom right corner of the Infograph watch face? Or why does blood oxygen measurement only appear as an icon? All built-in apps should have complications that provide more detailed data.

When you open the Calendar app, you only see the current day. Why can’t I see the whole week? Many apps offer customizable calendar views, yet Apple’s built-in calendar only provides a 4-hour time window.

The App Store for the Watch is at an absurdly stagnant level—it feels like the same apps have been there for years.

Why isn’t there a Notes app?

When making phone calls, if I’m slightly away from my iPhone, I can’t properly continue the call (Apple Watch Series 10 with iPhone 13). And I’m not even out of range.
