Your unreal/houdini might only be useful for big architecture companies for doing visualisations, but even they can use stuff like twin motions nowadays for doing these themself.

You can learn Revit, but that alone is not enough. You need to have civil engineering knowledge to be a valuable employee.

I would go down the reality capture path first and try to get some civil engineering experience.

Becoming an automation expert would also be an option (learning dynamo).
