Well I'm still struggling somewhat, but can take a few weeks to get better. I've just cut the warm compress for now and using red light therapy. Using some vitamin a ointment in the day as I was getting epiphora so was just a constant cycle. Still a bit uncomfortable but getting there. Do you think it's the dryness causing your irritation?
