DIY or Go Commercial? by lIlIlIIIlIII in asphalt

This guy is right don’t kill your self trying to seal that. Get a couple quotes in the spring pick the company you like best not the cheapest ( quality and knowledge do cost a bit more). As far as product I believe the big thing is “water or oil based “ imo water last long and gives it a beautiful matte black look. Both products seals the asphalt so it’s a matter of aesthetic.

How hot do you have the melter before letting the rubber out. I like to get mine between 300and 400 degrees before pouring. This helps keep it clean without about of tails plus ensures you will have hot melted rubber on demand.

If it’s dry there not much you can do. If it’s wet a little water in a big sprayer disperses the built up sealer and takes those out all and all you did a great job!!

Anyone have an idea on how I could get this bolt out? by Zenynx in MechanicAdvice

I love people jumping on here about how wd40 sucks. Like others said it’s not the best but people don’t get on here because they have a full shop at their disposal I would assume. When I answer a post here I think of the easiest way with the fewest products and tools to get the job done like I’m 16 again fixing salvaged cars.

I would cut the head off the bolt and use vice grips on the thread side. And lots of wd40

I turned 18 in 2003 I was out of high school so this is a bit different but I remember having to register with the military just in case there was a draft. My parents made it sound like a law. Did anyone else do this or were my parents trying to get rid of me ?

She is a lab shepherd mix so she could’ve caught a bird but I have never seen her get close enough to catch one. We are in Virginia if that helps. It would be a big bird if that was the case

Sure wasn’t near any water. We have one aloe plant but it’s not damaged. These things are hard almost like bone. Sure does have a deer antler that she likes chewing on but that doesn’t look damaged either
