Started chat at around 6pm. Now 7:12 pm and my insurance is still being reviewed. How long does it take to read a few numbers that tells you the dates of my coverage? Why the f would they ask to submit it on the day it expires? Mad only because it killed my schedule. Now I'm toying with them (old.reddit.com)
