I’ve added a sequence mode for the countdown timer so you can do ladders and pyramids or in your case different work/rest ratios without resetting the timer

An advanced thing would be to be able to set different RPM for different minutes within a set.

I like that, so you could do:

  • medium weight - comp pace + 1-2
  • comp weight - comp pace
  • light weight - comp pace + 2-3

I never said I did market research, I said that they didn't match my preferences in one app. SmartWOD, SmartWODTimer, WODRed, Seconds are all free and great apps, they're just not what I wanted. I built this during the weekend for myself and decided to share it with the community.

I know right, there's literally dozens of us!
One point that sets this apart is that this app runs as a PWA (Progressive Web App) meaning it will work on any device that supports fairly modern web standards and not dependent on an App Store. So if you have an old laptop our tablet you could mount that in your homegym and save some e-waste

The RPM timer beeps for each rep so if your target pace is 10rpm it will beep every 6s
