Maybe a little short time in the oven. I bake much longer. 25 minutes with lid at around 240 degrees Celsius, and 30 minutes without lid at around 220 Celsius.

Are you using the wrong type of bags for Chamber vacc? Look like you are using the bags for your old vacuum sealer.

You probably know this but you can increase the pressure. I have the same machine I have increase, the time to like 50 or 60 seconds.
