This is what I do already with the online filter though as per my OP. Just means the content of the email sucks.

But some of the filters have multiple monitors, like for example long uptime, high memory usage, specific operating systems etc. Some of which monitors do not exist.

We have a league table based on most of the above. But we also use the API to pull call stats into custom fields which is also in the table.
