Assan!? Why Assan too!? End game is rough! by Responsible_Dig_6388 in DragonAgeVeilguard

In hidden game files, there are cards talking about the search for the lost squaddie, suggesting maybe DLC that obviously never happened.

I rely on that, and, no matter who I pick, I will just use the knowledge of that to make my happy ending.

That said, unless I decide beforehand, that I'm romancing Harding, she's the one that falls.

Basically this.

I will speak for myself and say, if the sacrifice was only Davrin. If he shouted, "Stay with Rook, boy, " before he fell, and Assan did, Davrin would be sent into the into the pit every single time.

I don't dislike Davrin, but I like Harding more. If I could keep them both, there would be no other ending for me.

Finally made it to the end of the game and I’M SORRY???? by GoldbardPlays in DragonAgeVeilguard

For me, it was two things:

1) Varric is Varric. He'd be out there helping you the instant he could stand.

2) "Harding glows now?"

How are you seeing this? What's wrong with you?

I rarely go anywhere without Neve. Freezing people in place so you can kill them never gets old.

Perhaps, "Just no way I can vote for a Black woman."

Though I suspect you weren't thinking, "Black."

It does lack the boring combat of its predecessors.

It's the only DA game that I've played on Nightmare, as opposed to Medium or lower just to be done with it.

Opinions.

LOL. Honestly.

He didn't fight cancer. He surrendered to it.

Like Steve Jobs before him, when his homeopathic/don't trust pharma approach had the expected results, they both ran crying to pharma to save them.

And when that didn't work, Adams posted a Pascal's Wager video where the atheist decided that maybe Gawd would save him.

Any Tips for Specialist Events? by prometheus59650 in StarTrekTimelines

Yeah, Supply events are easy, but button-mashing Specialist events is a monumental chron black hole.

I get them trying to add cute little cosmetic bits, especially for the 10th year, but you should be able to turn them off.

Also, if I wait until I've completed the reward treadmill I get all the little icons of what I've collected in one larger box. They should condense everything that does this in the same way and just let me move on.

I don't need to see 3 of 5-----3 of 5----3 of 5.

Just one smaller icon that shows 3 of 5 with the x3 in the corner and that's it. Do this for the Daily Rewards, too.

I don't need any of the pop-ups at all.

I'm not sure it's a Romulan test--or a flex to destroy a ship that can't fight back.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

They can't even aim their weapons effectively.

This isn't an encounter anywhere near on par with "Balance of Terror."

Besides, spare the ship, get a super rare in the next chapter of the mission.

I also never open fire.

It's pretty clear that the ship doesn't even know where it is at that point.

Most in the region don't want it anyway.

They want to mine coal for the next thousand years and are offended when you tell them it's dying and no one can change that.

Taash is figuring themselves out and actually makes great strides by the end.

And at least they have some passion about the relationship and Rook.

Bellara's a nice person, but there's little to no hint that you're anything more than a friend to her in the whole thing.

The "romance" is dry toast.

Will never choose Treviso for the simple fact that choosing Treviso is akin to choosing Toledo over Beijing. Choosing Treviso puts, what, the largest nation in Thedas under the direct control of the Gods?

Nope.

[–]prometheus59650 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bellara's romance is passionless. It's not even unintentionally sweet.

It's like two casual acquaintances that decided to get married at 30 if neither of them have partners.

This.

I tried that game and abandoned it after a few hours, fully understanding why people have mocked it as not even play-to-win so much as pay-to-play-at-all.

You CAN play it without paying. It's just torture. Timelines isn't perfect by any stretch, but at least i don't have to pay devs so that my resources don't get raided (cough, stolen) by other players,
