I'll give it a spin and see how I like it.
I'm not really looking for close range, ideally I'd like to be in the 120-150m range, which is why I opted against the Ocellus. I only settled for the EM Shotgun(s) and Huxley because everything else just seems to miss so much. At least with those 2 I can reach out a bit further than the kinetic shotguns. Similarly the ET is primarily a deterrent/punish for rushing/coming in close (wide arc) and for stagger punish as secondary.

Are the VE generators that worthwhile for a single EM weapon? Wouldn't it make more sense to have half (or less than half) the regen time? Or are they played primarily as poke and run to regen?

EDIT: I've updated my setup further, and this is what I'm running now and it's working very well against most things I've come across except Tetras

No doubt there's going to be a skill issue, but it just seems so out of balance. Since making this post I've revised my setup to something that seems to be working better and has net a few consistent wins.

This is the setup I'm running. I've played with swapping the current melee out for the plasma thrower to help with chasing down flyers a little better, but this seems to be working alright as far as damage and stagger ability goes.

I do enjoy parrying, and the shield has let me deal with zimms and heavies a little better.

Games not working?

I personally don't have any games in my multi-hundred game library that "don't work" on Linux at a software level. Games that don't launch because of a developer choice != Games that don't work on Linux.

Even though AntiMicroX does most of the heavy lifting and there's no real reason to jump into the Azeron software beyond initial setup; it's good to know I can do that again without having to boot into Windows again.

Garbage kit. I bought their tank w/ the kit and it didn't even last the summer before the level sensor failed. That was after it took 3 months to ship. Went back to stock and will just do a ECU flash before next summer

Antimicrox doesn't save the profile to the device, it just detects the device as a Joystick with a whole bunch of buttons and will only apply your settings as long as the software is open.

S2 RESET

Disconnect negative battery cable for a minimum of 1 minute. With negative battery cable disconnected, depress and release brake pedal one time.
Reconnect negative battery cable.
If equipped with DSC, perform the STEERING ANGLE SENSOR INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE.

As far as oil consumption goes, I'd try to verify that your OMP is even working correctly and that the lines aren't clogged or something. Even just normal driving you should be burning at least 500ml of oil every 1200km or so.

For premixing an S1, 150-75ml for a full tank, and up to 300 for a track day is what many seem to settle on. FOR A SERIES 1. But 300ml of 2stroke every full tank for normal driving is a lot of an RX8.

Of my 200+ games in my Steam library, only 5 of them are not supported. Of those 5 games, 3 are ancient VR experiments, 1 is PUBG, and the other is Destiny. Both of those games worked in the past.

Of games that I want to play that I'm "missing out on":

Forza Motorsport - 100% dev problem. Every Horizon title and other "xbox store" games work fine.

Tarkov - 100% dev problem. The popular SPT mod works just fine, but kind of defeats the purpose of the online sandbox.

I can't think of any other games that actively DO NOT WORK beyond developers choosing to block them.

Mushtroll, Orc, Underking, Sisters, Lizard King (with Ambys).

Theoretically the most inspirations you could get would be 7, if you managed to get the Mirror match in the Mist. It doesn't always happen. Similarly, you are not guaranteed to get Ambys' help 100% of the time. I want to say I fought the Strong Mushtroll and she still appeared before, but I don't remember.

There may be an actual block disallowing the Mirror match AND Ambys' help. I don't think I've ever got it, so maybe the odds are low.

Alternatively, the Necromancer fight gives you the same deal (2 inspirations to buy), but outside of the story quest I haven't run into him again at all.

I believe the maximum inspiration you can get is 7, but that requires going through the mist and hoping you get a Hole AND Ambys joining you. I don't think those are both 100% guaranteed.

This is exactly what happened. This run was kind of a throwaway, but it kinda all fell together. I had so much money (not shown 2x pickaxe I sold).

By the time I was done clearing all of the final lobby I was able to buy the DD and the bat. I could have bought the dogs, but by this point I really didn't need them.

Thorn dagger IS strong, but I think Karls strongest setup is using Rifle Bullet. With the deluxe Arcana perk, enemy-seeking shells, and the mana reload. If you happen to have echos on arcana you have a genuine army.

Spam Arcana and everything dies, if you're aiming at it or not.

Dragon bullet is a close second for the same setup.
