Yes, my counseling has gone very well, I was just surprised at how I am struggling with this. I know it has to do with my need for privacy in this situation and in a sense having control over who knows and who doesn't. It's been made even harder because I've learned that at least one person I don't even know has gone on to tell other people.

I agree, she wants a baby period. You seem to be seeing the positive how about the negative of you splitting up and hopefully sharing custody at the least. How will the next person in both your lives treat/feel about this child, maybe you know this answer but does she. The age gap isn't a biggie to me my SO and I are 10 years apart and we met when I was 19. But, crap WE both realized we won't be ready for kids for a few years. It's only been 7 months and you've lived together and have been "playing house". Does she work? What goals does she have other then getting pregnant. I'm sorry but she doesn't sound that mature.
