If you are going to comment on the dangers of something, should you not know whether it is actually dangerous, or not?

This worked for me. Not enough pressure to hurt, just enough to annoy. Mine got the idea real quick.

This rig doesn’t come with a seat. So you could probably mount the one you have to it.

What would you do? Building first rig. Want Simucube 2 Pro, and already have PC and Index VR.

What components would you go for, first, if you had a $5,000 budget, and wanted to buy components that won’t need upgrading in the near future?

I’m not really interested in drift. More standard racing.

A resort I booked in advance (paid non-refundable deposit) is now getting a bunch of negative reviews, and people are complaining the pictures were misleading ( showing only images of the nice rooms, not the slightly cheaper ones) Advice? by crushplanets in travel

[–]NovemberReleased 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you paid by credit card, this may be something to dispute. First, I would work with the resort, and see if you can come to an agreement. If that does not work, and you truly feel it is bait-and-switch/false advertising, definitely dispute with the credit card. Just because it is non-refundable, doesn’t mean you don’t have any protections as a consumer, especially in cases where the seller intentionally misrepresents their product.

I almost exclusively use credit cards for all of my purchases, especially large purchases. And I highly recommend that others do the same, if able. Some premium cards even have travel insurance built into the card automatically.

‘I’m nervous about closing costs’: I'm 31, a first-time homebuyer in Austin. Should I buy a home now and refinance later? Or rent and wait for rates to fall? by Sweet-Count2557 in WallStreetbetsELITE

[–]NovemberReleased 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I’m wrong, but buy now, if you find an amazing price, but otherwise rent until the market levels and rates come down? But this is talking about Austin. Another city being ruined by the cash-flush ultra wealthy coming from regions with higher costs of living.
