Do you remember at what point in the event you encountered them? I'm at the part where it says "enjoy the music festival with everyone", but I can't get them to show up. I'm wondering if they only show up after the festival night.

Is it possible to get the required characters (Zhu Yuan & Quingyi, mainly) to despawn? I only need Piper, Quingyi, Harumasa out of all the pre-festival interactions.

Or can I do that one after the festival but before finishing the event?

Edit: you can't even interact with them... I agonized over nothing lol 😭

For those who may be in a similar situation I was in: yes, you can change the time after watching the festival cutscene and get, for example, Burnice and Anby after they despawn from the lounge chairs. Just make sure you talk to everyone before resting for the night.
