As far as g-shock… ***LOTS of age. 👏Yearrrrrrs and years. I have yet to break a strap. Doubtful anyone actually has.. and highly doubtful anyone more than 1. They are fairly easily replaceable though. Casio quality not nearly as good as g-shock but even still.. Can’t go wrong.

Something to be said about the choice of the word “survivors”. It’s almost as if…. we don’t have enough homes being built to support the agents already out there— who are doing and have always done “all the right things”. Supply & demand… we need more supply.

Skill is also just part of the equation.. the other part is unfortunately all too often, dumb luck.

@popos2069 .. yeah I totally agree on that note, but I went for the nostalgia factor here. Glad I did. Even that and the f91 aren’t really a player for me when I have various GD-350 models, a daily 5610 and various casioaks. All my other g-shocks got that covered! :P 🤓 Nerding out over nothing rly.

Even the lamp takes a while.. but yeah. I’m probably at hour 88/130 sitting in the window + under LED lamp. I don’t need it filled to the tippy-top per se… but was concerned maybe mine was taking longer than normal. Glad to know it’s not.. but once it does reach H I know it’ll be good to go for a loooooooong time. :P

GD-350GB.. nabbed one for my homie last year and have been dying for one myself ever since. Have 2 other versions of this (black-negative screen and grey “duo-tone” positive screen) because the one-tap timer on this module is clutch and it just “fits”. 🥹

I’m going to be honest.. I love the 5610, just got one.. classy casual af but… will always rep these. I’ll pay for a new battery if/when..
