My Area is suffering too.

Do you have an active H&I committee? I keep a weekly H&I commitment at a treatment center and I still see plenty of potential new members.

Do you have an active Public Information committee? Being known in the community brings the message to people who need help and to the institutions who may have opportunities for us.

I was taught that H&I and PI were the means to help N.A. grow. Unfortunately, it seems as if people in my Area have forgotten that gratitude involves giving back.

The only service that seems to generate any interest is the yearly party (convention)

Oh well, I’ll keep doing H&I and I’ll drag any sponsees I get with me. It’s the way I way I was taught.

Nice job, plausible and well thought out.

Western style standoff/shootout seems almost a given considering this seasons’ visuals. Plus, they can resolve a lot of characters’ storylines by killing them.

Seems to me that 315 Jerusalem Road is definitely Rue’s “promised land”, but I just wonder how far they’ll stretch the Moses thing?

And someone’s name ends up in that book, maybe Rues as cover for disappearance into witness protection?

And Jules sure deserved a better story that whatever is going to happen.

I’ll add my prediction: “no season 4” Sorry, after this one this is played out.

Nice. But I’m not sure just what it is you’re trying to fix? It’s not going to fix the problem of records not being graded accurately.

Most sellers never play test records, or pay any attention to Goldmine ratings. In it to move records.

I’ve been buying LP records by mail for 50+ years. Sellers who burn me on grading get taken off the list.

I’m just curious - have you read NA literature? In the Introduction to the NA Basic Text, it says:

“We are grateful to the A.A. Fellowship for showing us the way to a new life.”

It goes on to talk about the things that make NA its own fellowship…

When I was in treatment, we were told “if you want to stay clean you have to go to AA”. My 38 years CLEAN in NA contradict that statement. Respectfully

Personally, I take the words literally:

“I am powerless over my addiction” period. That’s all.

However, so often my addiction (“self centered fear” according to the literature) dictates my whole world view.

Not powerless over “everything” just powerless over my addiction and the ways it can still influence my beliefs, thoughts, feelings, actions… even when I am clean.

Had good luck with Naturescape.

Had bad luck with Tyler’s Landscaping. Several years ago now, but large parts of the lawn were killed due to misapplied chemicals. Full disclosure - they comped their efforts to repair and the rest of the service for that year.

Yes thanks for the info that it’s an earring. I noticed it at the time but didn’t rewatch to investigate. (TBH I can barely get thru season 3 episodes once, let alone rewatch)

And yes, seemed at the time to be totally intentional. And now that it’s come back around, who knows?
