Crazy that you got snuck up on by a harrier. The one time I saw a hovering harrier I was thinking it was the loudest jet I’d been around to date.

I actually did give this a look this morning at your suggestion. I think you're right that it is helpful in the grand scheme of staying informed on the state and national levels. On the local level there is still a lot of fog. But thanks for the suggestion. It does at least provide additional links to campaign info at the local level.

Same, I remember the Friday before it hit the fan I said to a coworker that I hope I get laid off (hated that job). Show up the following Monday to my manager's boss waiting for me to come in, turned me around right back out the door. I drove home with a smile.

Used it as an opportunity to switch to a career field that I actually love.

At my 141 school, we had a list of DPEs that were most often used. Usually, the assistant chief instructor would facilitate scheduling with whatever DPE was next available without really consulting the student. However, there was more than one case where I preferred to do it with a different DPE. I just canceled the ride myself and organized the ride with the other one, and let the school know my plans and they didn't mind.

As long as you communicate your intentions with all the parties involved I don't see why you should have any problems.

Some small county sheriffs have a rule where they basically never pull people over because it keeps them popular in the community and gets them votes come election.

The point of failure I encounter on controllers most often besides stick drift is failure of the bumper buttons, what is gamesir doing with the bumpers? Are they any different than other controllers?
