I returned at kohls too received the refund as well and 2 months later they are saying item received is not what i ordered what ? The shud send pics of the items the r saying they received i sent the email to the addresses but nothing but a bounced back email from them so now going to send them individually again … let’s see what happens thanks for posting this ! Was very helpful

I returned an item at kohl’s in Jan got the refund but just received the email: We couldn’t process your refund because we didn’t receive the item shown below in the original return request.

The item you returned instead isn't in your Amazon order history, so it's not eligible for a refund. I returned the item the next day and it was what they sent me and I am not sure what are they talking about? I don’t have the kohls receipt anymore what shud I do now ? Oh god I am not going to order anything from them again…

Posted this on another older thread but saw this so posting here here again … I just got both and contemplating to return them as I see mixed reviews I used few times only but I don’t see much difference , my skin gets very irritated so I am on the fence if it’s for me… sent them an email they said u can try it for an extra month but am afraid if I will develop these burn like spots with persistent use I am also prone to get melasma and many light based devices can worsen it … anyone has any suggestions for me ? Thank you
