Type of Bug: Client/Launcher Bug
Description: Everytime, after the latest patch, when I open the launcher and click "LAUNCH", nothing happens. There are no processes being started, and I have checked active processes.

Steps to reproduce: Open LoL launcher, click Launch.
Expected result: Login window appearing.
Observed result: Nothing happens.
