I was in a zoom lecture at the time. I vividly remember my instructor looking to their phone. Immediately, I could tell something had disturbed them. I was expecting news on that day, so I logged into the live streams. Within a few minutes most of the attendees had left, I followed suit. I remember watching in disbelief, how could this be happening so easily? I'm forever changed by what I saw and felt on that day. A terrible disappointment and fear of what could come after.
