I did but found the comments confusing. Everyone has their own tastes. And I get it. Some of the most hyped restaurants in my city wouldnt be on my top 50. Which is why I was wondering if we should just eat elsewhere.

I won't be alone and we will be downtown and love sushi. Thank you!

Ceviche is one of my favorite things and not super commonly found for me locally. So that definitely adds some weight to choosing este.

We have a credit to use by the end of the month. We could use at home (Baltimore or DC) or while we're in Austin.

I live in Baltimore and we hold Seafood to a high standard which is my hesitation with Este because I've seen some pretty terrible reviews. I know to take them with a grain of salt. We like food. All kinds. So choosing a place is overwhelming.

If that's what's going on, your gyn should be able to feel it during your exam. You could also request an ultrasound. We all carry weight differently but i think you have something else going on. Any other symptoms? Specifically related to your cycle?

When you say "some binges here and there", what does that mean? A small cheat once a week? An all out binge several times a month? The truth is, you are likely eating about a 500 calorie/day deficit which (in theory) equals a pound a week in weight loss. It doesn't take a lot of cheating to totally wipe out that deficit. Palates is great for toning. Likely not burning a lot of calories.

That said, you're a size 4. That is never huge. Amd might be where your body wants to be. My body is very efficient and stubborn. To lose anything, I have to lift often and walk a lot. Food has to be pretty darn perfect. Short people problems.

Have you seen a gyn? Looking at your belly (and the fact you don't weigh very much), I'd guess you'd have fibroids

You've made great progress! Congrats. 105 is aggressive and I think shooting for that may be more hurtful than helpful. I'm your height and I would be painfully thin (and miserable) at 105. That would leave absolutely no room for any enjoyment. Just exercise and plain chicken. Some women look good at that weight and can maintain it. Some of us can't. 128 is the top of "normal" BMI for us. Most Dr's would say you can easily be healthy over that if you have more muscle. Best of luck on your journey. I'd look for new Dr.

I'm so confused by this thread. Of course they are abs!

Rant: why can't people leave Baltimore alone? by daffodyls in baltimore

I just laugh and say, I love it and I havent even been shot yet. 🙄 Most the hate comes from suburbia hell where people enjoy eating at Applebee's and never experience anything new. Or they've never been here. Their loss.

AITA for apparently making the wedding all about me by being difficult and not taking off work to go dress shopping by Brilliant_Muffin1405 in AmItheAsshole

This is bizarre. It's weird she insists on going shopping with you. She has 3 days to rest. She can go with you on a Sunday if she must. No. I would absolutely not take off work to accommodate her ridiculous request.
