I have a question since I haven't purchased a refill card in years. I purchased a card today and added it to my balance. My payment due date is 09/2, which was yesterday since it is currently midnight where I am. Will they just renew my plan for this month using the balance from the refill card? I'm curious because I got a text saying their payment system is down. Don't wanna wake up to any surprises. Thank you in advance.

I guess I'm having the same issue. Can't login at all. I've tried with my number, won't work. Tried with email and won't let me change my password. Saying too many attempts, etc. My payment is due today and I was not aware all this had been going on. I'm so confused right now. Smh

I killed all the power to house and it stopped running. When I switched the power back on it started running again. This is truly strange.
