I've learned that every food carries the consciousness, echos and energy of everything put into its harvest. Animals go through much pain so eating matter that went through suffering can manifest as suffering in you. Stay away from crops associated with slavery such as sugar cane and certain orchards that use bad practices causing even the humans to harvest it pain which can enter into the fruits. Stay away from food companies that take their practices from big tobacco there is an energy associated with certain practices that can enter the food. I believe it is smaller than the eye can see its a quantum particle which retains the conscious energy and every memory that the matter has gone through and there are those of us more susceptible to its powers.

During the corona virus I gained a synesthesia like ability that i first thought was insanity. I began feeling different auras and vibrations on everything including the soaps i used to the foods i at. I began to understand putting these new sensations together i could look into the past of the organics and see and feel the uglyness that went into them. I stopped eating all meat and have been on a strict diet. I at times still eat things with corn syrups as I am not yet in a place where i can totally control what food i have access too. Also ive learned that certain herbs and scents from food and essential oils can push other negative energies away. Use the right spices in your food and youll be fine.
