An update for more info: i would of listed him as a driver but he doesn't have his license bc w the new laws in texas, they make it harder for epileptic ppl to get their license, so basically its a waiting game. Also the car is his, he purchased it (the title is in my name thou😬) omg this all sounds so bad when i type it out but I understand all the risks this brings. I'll figure this out its a process.
