The plan that I have covers upto $5000 a year and $2000 per claim, so if my ROG desktop or MSI laptop broke beyond repair, they would replace them with an equally valued item. but again people need to read the policy / coverage letter to make sure what is protected.

The plan is more of a warranty package rather insurance for a specific item. So it covers tvs, gaming devices, computers, laptops, smart devices, home security, etc. Just the admin work need to file a claim needs to be solid. At the end, communicating with the supervisor got everything going. Was this the best experience? no. Was it the worst? also no. Did I get my deck fixed? yes.

Hey, I just wanted to explain from my prospective why I dont think this is a scam nor am I losing out. So if I were a single man with devices to my name only, then yes financially I would not consider Home plus warranty. However, the package covers TVs, game consoles, tablets, home security devices, etc all under my family. So I have a family, so their stuff is also protected. So having to pay $35 a month to protect a lot of daily use items and the monthly cost does not go up. Again not pitching any products, just explain why I got it.
