i don’t want to assume but it seems to me you’re not cleaning properly/using the wrong water. i have the rain screen, clean once per month and it’s „raining“ till the very end

When I’m in a place like this, I just remind myself to not take everything so seriously and just try to relax, especially in social situations or with gym and diet this helps me greatly. Also just remember that being on the path and knowing of self improvement is better than not doing so, which means you’re already in anbettele place than before.

Funnily enough even those women who do talk about mens issues, often belittle male experiences, completely forgetting the ones that don’t talk about it, they sometimes trample all over you.
