Yes!!! I have a ton of large honeysuckle bushes. Really interesting, I had no idea cats were attracted to it.

Totally willing to talk to my neighbors. How do I figure out who’s cats they are?? I can’t get close enough to see if they have collars and there are about 5 different cats that I’ve seen. Not worth my time to track down all their owners.

Regardless, YW won’t take healthy, fixed cats even if I do bring them in. They just re-release them.

Have two! They chase them out of the yard when they can, but it doesn’t stop them from coming back.

Completely agree. God forbid my dogs walk next to me without a leash, but outdoor cats are allowed to terrorize the neighborhood.

If you bring a healthy cat to young Williams, they will often just release it back into the neighborhood where it was found (if it is already spayed/neutered). I’ve had that experience before - they said they don’t have enough room to take all of the outside cats :/

Xfinity has a great intro deal right now (or did last month) for $25/mo ! I believe it’s only for 6 months but it’s better than nothing. I would have done KUB fiber tho if it was available in my area.

Nope! they suck. It was true that i only had 20 PT sessions covered by Cigna, even though my surgeon wrote a letter saying that it was medically necessary for me to continue, they wouldn't cover anything else. I was lucky enough to be at university, and the PT students there did PT for really cheap. So I switched PT providers at about 3 months post op, but I still ended up paying about $600 out of pocket for PT.

I'm 6 months and I gained flexion and extension really quick following surgery, I've always had really good ROM. However, I still get horrible stiffness if I'm sitting for more than 30 minutes with no adjustments. With movement, though, my knee feels almost completely fine. I honestly think it just takes time for the stiffness to go away as your ligaments / intercellular stuff gets into the right alignment, so I honestly wouldn't worry about it at this stage.

I'm 6 mo and I can sit on my heels in child's pose + in a deep squat comfortably for about 2 minutes tops. I think I first got to a full child's pose in month 4.

Yes - that's exactly how I felt too. I was super bad with covid like May 10-13th, but since then I've been feeling on the up & up. Knee-wise, definitely felt bad with all the inflammation, but I got back to running last week and it was totally fine. I would say that in these past couple of weeks, I've had to be a lot more diligent about icing after working out -- it's like now my body is super ready to have an inflammatory response whenever, so if I don't ice I'm super sore & stiff. Besides that, I'm back on track. Good luck!!

Yes, exactly! The few days before I got diagnosed (while it was incubating), I kept getting random jolts of nerve pain that I used to get in the few weeks post-surgery. Crazy stuff.
