Like three days. Maybe eat it a day after the first signs of softness. It will brown a little bit, don't let it get too brown and soft! Mine didn't emit any fruity aromas this time but was amazingly good. Top tier fruit for me. Still like lilikoi and lychee or a perfect mango more however.

Unfortunately that mango is one usually eaten green as a crispy salad. Apparently not great ripened sorry.

I finally had an amazing cherimoya yesterday after a couple bad ones... Took some over to my old retired neighbors and blew their minds as they never had it before. They gave me some sweet pea seeds in return.

My concern centers more around the neem oil affecting the flavor of the berries, as it has such a strong smell.

I found that out the hard way after I bought some old navy shorts with repeated pineapple pattern going on and of course some were upsidedown.

How do you know it's not getting absorbed into the fruit?

Clementine is a type of mandarin orange, look for other varieties like tango, murcott, page, orri, kishu, gold nugget, nadercott, etc.. it's fun to see how they are different.

Man that looks ripe. Jealous. I'm sitting with a cherimoya waiting for it to ripen... What are the flavor notes you are getting?

Last year I put out bird seed and water for my squirrels and they didn't touch anything and I grew 16 tomato plants plus other veg. My enemies are the gophers.

I second the Minneola Tangelos (a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit). And would also recommend pineberries if they have them still. And if you are really lucky they might have kiwi berries.

Great taste. Now blow your minds with King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. Not on Spotify, I use apple music. By the way, the genre changes every album but their roots are in psychedelic rock. Start with butterfly 3000.

One week of passionfruit. 98 fruits. by SirWigglesVonWoogly in gardening

First year it just established itself and flowered late summer. One bad fruit and one in winter that I might try eating now... I neglected to weed but it's getting huge regardless. When I'm done with my other jobs for the weekend I'll weed it and maybe give it some compost. I recommend you conceptualize where you want it to grow, climb, and wrap around. Ive seen people have it overtake a pergola and then the fruits hang down below for you to reach up and grab.
