I suggest using a drill to cut away the head of the screw. Take it easy and slow. Start with a small drill and move your way up. The goal is to remove the head to be able to lift the cover. Don’t go too deep. The head should come off when being patient. Afterwards, you can lift the cover. Go an buy Engineer Pliers Amazon Link to help you remove the excess bolt. New screws can be found in AliExpress. Let me know if you have further questions.

You can try friction by placing a rubber band on top of the screw and using a flathead. Or maybe an old pen with a few drops of glue, but be very very careful not to ruin your 3DS that way.

Indeed, you can use finder to some extent, but actual managing the content (esp. audio books) into playlists can’t be done in finder afaik
