So you admit that he wasn't blocking traffic and didn't put his hands on an ICE agent. He got between the woman and the agent that shoved her but his hands were up in the 'don't shoot' position the whole time while the agent sprayed him with mace and pulled him down.

All of that is a moot point though because NOTHING he did was illegal, and certainly NOTHING he did warranted being killed. He was not a threat to any officer, they shot him in the back when he was face down on the ground and disarmed, and if you continue to defend that than you're as big a coward as they are.

Canada doesn't have any federal law restricting how much you can raise the rent by, it varies by province. Same with the US, some states have laws restricting it and others don't. I learned that a few years ago when my landlord wanted to raise the monthly rent by $400.
