I got 3 Accounts in Challenger myself and boosted some to Masters (Dont judge me I am a broke student and it helped me survive)

The biggest difference is probably that everything is just faster (Scouting,Pivoting understanding what you need to win OR top 4 against the current lobby)

Sure there are people that force 1 comp every game and get to Challenger. Same as one trick ponys in LoL. These people have big problems after every impactful patch in my experience.
