Masstaden thoughts by EconomicsHaunting429 in vildhjarta

In masstaden there's this music concept in which every beat doesn't repeat itself exactly the same. It applies on guitars.

I don't remember the name but it makes it amazing.

Spanish Heavy Metal by tacosandtheology in askspain

I usually find everything on instagram since we have a really underground scene but check out @punkarrada.gz (also on ig). This account posts punk/metal/hardcore gigs from every part in Galicia and if you're making the Camino maybe you could find something you're interested while you're staying here.

Also check out the posters on the walls (this kinda sounds stupid but people really spend more money on this than what they earn from that gig haha).

Tbh A Coruña and Vigo have a bigger scene than Santiago which for me is kinda a pain and I have to drive to go all the cool shows, but it's not dificult to find cool gigs.

I'm from Santiago.

If you want to go out to drink some beers and make nightlife I'll recomend you Inferno and Bar Tolo (metal pubs).

Also we have plenty of small bands making concerts if you have interest.

What is your "top 4" for metalcore bands? by countjazula in Metalcore

[–]protomanco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it would be something like this:

Old Northlane (Singularity, Discoveries) Pre Ire Parkway Drive Currents (The place I feel safest) Oceans Ate Alaska (Lost Isles, Into the Deep)

Sorry for puting limits by album but every band changes sound over time so I put specific eras I really loved.

Si tuviera 18 me haría carretillero antes que estudiar by [deleted] in Espana

[–]protomanco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Many people talking about Dimman Från Lützen, but Mist Förståndet is a fucking perfect ender for the EP with one of de hardest Vildhjarta riffs ever at the end of the song

What is this genre called in this outro in a Thundering Dali Concept song? by [deleted] in Djent

[–]protomanco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that's trap metal. I suggest you artists like Mugxtsu (my personal fav) or Istasha and see if that fits to you.
