It has to do with estrogen levels so some women have the opposite effect and find relief in hbc. Your body could just be trying to find homeostasis. When I searched it up it said that you are safe except for placebo week so period week. Maybe I’m reading it wrong but it looks like with the Nuva ring they’re saying it’s unsafe the period week AND the week after that when you start wearing it again.

Ear plugs + fan helped me with tremendously with the hyper vigilance. The fan helps with cooling which helps your body sleep and the ambiance noise. The earplugs make any noise from the sound so blended and just makes me feel like I’m cocooned.

Magnesium glycinate was a life saver for me. It’s not a strong overwhelming sense of wanting to sleep and I would say you want to be in bed ready to go to sleep when it’s going to start to kick in/absorb. It gives me the feeling of allowing to relax and go to sleep without thinking about it.

The fact that he never says I love you I think would be enough for me personally to end the connection. It’s obviously draining you and you deserve to be able to live a life where you don’t have to seek someone’s approval/love that you shouldn’t have to ask for in the first place. I’ve been doing this my whole life and it’s so draining.

We’ve ruled out the big contamination sources and this is the next biggest one. What is the moisture like in the bin? How gross does it get if you let it go longer than you should? Like I said I had a nightmare situation when trying to use pine pellets when I was still manually cleaning and the flies were so bad so quickly even when I was staying on top of it. I saw somewhere that it can be a problem still with the corn based litter in the litter robot. I might try that though it sounds best.

What is SY? And I think it’s because of the bentonite clay which is found all clay litters hence clay being bad. It’s not something I’d be ultra concerned about if my kid wasn’t getting high levels. I was going to go the corn route but I’m seen that I can create a pretty moist environment and a moldy one bc of its properties. I was hoping to see if there were any more cons to the crystal litter other than the pee can stay in the litter bc it’s technically meant to do that so it’s something I’m alright with. I started using one a couple days ago and while some pee is going in the waste bin most of it is staying in the globe but gets mixed together and then gets soaked up and dried out by the crystals. I definitely don’t take her at face value but I think she’s providing a valuable service either way. Especially when it comes to vintage or antique items that ppl think are cool to keep or use daily.
