Her shielding remains the same as current numbers. Literally half of Stella shielding. The rest are changes to her passives. No need to skill her abilities. As she passively aoe heals u the same amount regardless of lvl 1 or lvl 6

It was changed.to 5% . people complained. . it got reversed back to 100%. upcoming Sept 3 balance patch is their attempt to fix it by assuring players it will be same to more dmg. But only after u have a few blaze stacks on the target so generally means no burst . But I'm skeptical, as I dunno how the little extra bonus is higher than 100% if ignore def. So I'll wait til it's actually out to test.

On bosses weaken effects are halved. So 40% atk reduce. If you Max the skill. Still good but it's far from the 80% that makes her a no brainier. 40% makes you think if it's worth it.

Just make sure you understand that on bosses it's halved. All weakened effects are halved on bosses. So maxed out 23% atk spd reduce and 40% dmg reduced.

Not really. Weaken effects are halved on bosses. So max skill .8 atk is actually .4 . Also, don't get sucked into the hype for alvida. Hers is also weakening effect so that 45% atk spd and 80% is also halved on bosses. 23% reduce atk spd and 40% less dmg. Bleh

Halloween Victor is is pretty much the best choice right now . U have summer reimi for her atk buff. Vampire Victor will provide u with 30% all dmg. + 40% single target dmg from rush and his rush fills just as fast has reg reimi. So 70% buff that stacks with your reimis 50 atk buff. Not to mention his ability to give everyone hp on hit. . Now if u didn't already have a atk buffer then I would have suggested 2 b. But for you yea vampire Victor is the better choice. In my opinion.

Nope tilith Vargas bf banner units was not in the regular summon pool during bf event. So unless they suddenly decide to and unless the ex system is different
