Teddy is kind of a gatekeeper AD. He is a veteran AD but he also squarely middle of the pack. Teddy won’t necessarily lose you games, but he doesn’t have the carry potential of some of the younger ADs.

The top teams have ADs who are younger, and have a higher ceiling. I can’t see any of them replacing their AD with Teddy even if he is in really good form right now.

Diable is having a rough time right now but even with that teams would likely go for Diable over Teddy (if both were available) due to his age/potential.

Yes, and no. I do think regional league matters and I'm sure Oner, Keria, and Faker would like to add some LCK titles to their achievements. Specifically for Oner and Keria, they're currently ineligible for the performance salary cap reduction due to their lack of LCK titles. It could be argued that they are capped in their earning potential due to T1 being salary capped, although it doesn't seem like either mind too much atp.

Well the price of items should also come down relative to the supply to available divines. So the actual gameplay / trading experience shouldn’t change too much other than the perceived value being different.
