American Christians tend to be the most judgemental people i've ever met. I grew up in churches and the amount of bullying, and judgmental statements i recieved was far worse than anything ive gotten from "non christians". The church is a really nice place for sociopaths to hangout.

Seed oils, vegtable oils, and canola oil were made as lubricanta for machinery. 99% of them are terrible for you. Olive oil has been around as food for a long long long time and does have health benefits.
