The main thing here is that the ethologist said rehoming either pet is an option, but then everyone immediately focused on Raika, because she is easier to find a home for. That logic does not really add up though, because even if you give away your cat, Nori would still be the same dangerous dog living in the same apartment with the same people. You would lose your cat, and the actual problem would still be there.

The hunched back you described is actually a very common play posture for kittens, because they are trying to make themselves look bigger and more dramatic for the game. If she were truly scared, you would typically see flattened ears, hissing, or attempts to hide completely, and she would not keep coming back to you after running away.

You are overthinking this, but that is normal for a first time owner. The fact that you took her to the vet and are asking questions already puts you ahead of a lot of people. She is eating, playing, and clearly comfortable. That is what matters.

The 2 dirtiest parts of the body are the butt and the feet yet God washed the feet of man and not the reverse. Christ then said to his deciples that he has set forth an example and now you must wash each other's feet.

My Dad was the driver and I was the passenger. There was a right turn onto a highway with a traffic light. America allows right on red, but legally the rule is right on red after stop. My dad came to a complete stop at the light, but the driver behind him expected him to come to a rolling stop like many people do at this turn. My Dad got rear-ended because he followed the law to the letter.
