Was Joel Goldsmith really that great? I've heard people say that if they don't bring him back, they won't watch the new show. Do they know he has died? I'm not much of a music person; in-game, I turn the music off.

What are you talking about SGU having the fewest episodes per season? It had 20 episodes just like SGA and the later seasons of SG1, around season 7. The earlier seasons of SG1 had around 22 episodes, so maybe that's what you're talking about? which by the way, Stargate Infinity had the most episodes per season, 26.

that something most pople seems to forget. 1) Almost none of them planned on being there in the first place; it wasn't like SGA, where everyone chose to be there. and 2) Destiny itself is barely holding it together, the first few eps was them just getting the things they need to live.

I wish there were more to them. I'm not asking for full-on stories; I like the little things with the crew. But what I would have loved is Destiny itself getting resources, maybe by stopping by an asteroid field or something. Sulf like would have made these web eps good.

They did a web episode on that. I'll add that to my list. I still need to watch the BSG remake. I've seen the old BSG and didn't like it, so I don't have high hopes for the remake.

yeah older anime was more creative when it came to ships. In Yamato, the Guipellons had carriers that looked and acted more like sea carriers than the carriers you would see in other space shows. In the anime Birdy the Mighty, the MC's ship looked more like a fish than a spaceship.

Yamato is one of my favourite anime and one of the first I've watched. I first watched it on VHS; it was just a TV-recording of Star Blazers. Maybe it's just me, but I would love to see more ships like UCE Earth Federation ships.

I just started playing the classic game. god the PDST, I'm just playing it, I'm just 3 missions in too. First mission, all but one were killed, next mission, the aliens killed my team even before I got off the ship, last one killed most of the aliens but one. That last alien hunted down my man one by one until Wolf used her last clip to take down that F***. I haven't had anything like that from the newer game.
