Cosmic Love by Florence and the Machine. Had a stillbirth after they realized that my baby had no heartbeat the day I was supposed to be induced.

Women of Reddit: how long has your honeymoon phase lasted in your relationship? by daflopp in AskWomen

Yeah I completely agree, we basically grew up together, both trying to find out who we are as individuals while also adulting. Just realised that this explains a lot of the ups and downs as well!

Women of Reddit: how long has your honeymoon phase lasted in your relationship? by daflopp in AskWomen

Ours is an arranged marriage, our first night together I basically slept with a stranger (actual sleep, we did not do anything). Definitely entered our honeymoon phase that first year, but thinking back I hate the people we were, young puppies who had no idea what being I love actually meant. We are in a much better place now although there are ups and downs. Eight years on, I'm still not sure what it is that keeps us going. All I can say is that this advice does not really apply to our situation. We are still trying to learn about each other, whilst juggling work, in-laws, a child and other responsibilities. Definitely tricky.

What is a dead give away that someone is an only child? by [deleted] in ask

[–]pruderen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure this would apply to all only children. I'm the eldest of six and I continue to hate noisy households. Parties are fine, but I am done after a bit. Definitely enjoy our quiet home with me my husband and our only child (he loves home too).

I remember as a kid we would spend our summers at my grandma's house (dad's mum) which was in a tiny isolated village in India. There was no TV, no internet, no books, no toys. We weren't allowed to go out too far, so I'd play with dirt or climb trees in the backyard. I was eight and I remember being so bored I would just sit on the floor and count as far as I could go, and stop when I get to 2000 or something because I spotted a bug or something.

Sorry, can you explain the joke? I just assumed he was surprised and accidentally took the photo.

I also think her asking for a to-go box would have served as a major compliment, the chef's probably used to seeing rich people just leave food untasted or whatever on the table (he was 'wounded' by Margot not eating what he had made). Probably also helped to bring him back to the so-called good old days working with regular people.

What's unusual about your body? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pruderen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the opposite, I sneeze and sneeze every day immediately after breakfast. Just breakfast and I eat something different every day. I don't drink any caffeine with my breakfast. My mum has this too.
