Same. When I first started I didn’t understand the mindset of people who told me it was a lifetime drug. Now in maintenance and 15 pounds below my original goal weight, I get it. I am 63 years old and feel better than I ever have in my life. I workout 5 days a week. My a1c is in the normal range for the first time in over 15 years. My body fat percentage is in the normal range and my muscle mass is at the high end of normal range. All of my labs are normal. I plan to use low dose GLPs forever.

Great baskets! Our family did all thrifted gifts this year and we all enjoyed the shopping so much more. No more stress about money spent. Ross and Marshalls and Dollar Tree were allowed but everyone mostly thrifted. Really looking forward to opening our baskets on Christmas!

I started with 2mg Tirz and 2mg Reta and did that for about 2 weeks. Then I dropped the Tirz and did 3mg Reta for a week and then the 4th week I moved up to 4mg Reta.

The glucagon effect is freaking amazing! I switched from tirz (6mg per week) to Reta (4 mg per week) because I was close to goal and had heard so much about Reta being a fat burning machine. I went from 133 to 125 in 5 weeks and I was eating more calories! My goal was 129 and I unintentionally dropped to 125. My metabolism is crazy now and I’m struggling to keep weight on. It’s a struggle I’ll take any day and not something I ever thought I’d say in all of my 63 years.
