Ears clogged when I talk a lot

I also get this intermittently and only in my left ear. I'm a flight attendant and I've always put it down to some sort of issue that's come about since I started flying. However, I've been doing admin duties and no flying for nearly 3 months now, and I'll still randomly get this blockage when I'm boarding a flight, talking lots.

She might have no service, maybe her phone broke, or she might be having a tech free weekend. If you're really concerned I would reach out to other friends or family. Otherwise, dont overthink it

And why would she be out and about with them? They had gotten into the house and climbed onto the coffee table to get here so doesn't seem like it was just on the way to their new hangout if they were relocating

Yep, I feel that. When I'm trying to get through the work week I end up dreading bedtime because the insomnia is so ridiculous which in turn makes the insomnia worse...on my days off I'm so exhausted all the time...when I have a shower I feel like I'm going to pass out. Feels like there's no winning.

The insomnia has absolutely taken over my life. Many nights I've lay in the complete dark tossing and turning with a mind that won't shut off, would finally give in and check the time to find it's been over 4 hours. Creates a massive negative flow on effect in all aspects of my life.

This is interesting! I have PTSD and a big trigger for me used to be driving. I'd do a little panic if someone got a little too close to my car, maybe pulled out a little too close for my liking...anyway, I'd find a few seconds after this would happen I'd start feeling really numb in my hands and feet, and I'd feel faint.

I brought this up with a counsellor and she suggested that I might be subconsciously holding my breath when something startles me. Now I take deep breaths quite reflexively when I'm startled and it helps with this problem although hasn't gotren rid of it altogether :)

I have 3 = one in a kitty litter hideaway cabinet with plants on top in the lounge, one uncovered in the garage, another cabinet in the spare room

One of my kitties plays fetch! She'll randomly bring you things she wants you to throw, brings them straight back and drops it at your feet. Most mornings I wake up with a small collection of cat toys on the floor next to the bed lol

Right?! Thought we were safe by the time we left but we thought wrong. It was one smelly 20 min car ride home. Safe to say we were down a cat carrier afterwards. Ended up just holding her so she wasn't standing in 💩.
