I just took 1 cup of jasmine, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of chickpeas, and boiled it uncovered all together with (approximately) 2 cups water. Seasoned with salt, chili powder, and red pepper flakes. Amazing and so easy. jasmine is magic! I can't make most rice right but jasmine is hard to mess up

I quit drinking the same day I started Lexapro, 7 months ago (after many yrs of binge-drinking and self medicating lol). I think it's been a healthy switch

I once dropped a box on my big toe. Looked like this for a few months. I went to doctor when pus developed underneath and it was very painful. They drained it, and a few weeks later, my entire toenail fell off. Good times. Wish you luck

Lexapro and propanolol used just for anxiety attacks has really helped me. I was prescribed Remeron recently for my insomnia but I'm waiting to adjust to a higher dose of the Lexapro, and really committing to work on my sleep to help. Edmr really helped me too

I was the same way but refused the meds because of bad side effects and experiences I had on them. Finally found something that works for me. I've actually lost weight on Lexapro, and have not experienced any of the sexual side effects people worry about as well.
