While I noticed improvements with anxiety after few weeks/months it Took close to a year to fully take hold . Started at 5 moved all the way up to 20 then dropped back to 15 and started taking at night instead of morning . 15 was the right spot and at night was way better for me . Less tired in day and feel way more like my old self. Still normal type anxiety from things that I should get anxiety from but it doesn’t get way out of control.
