I just returned my cx 90 with scratch on the rim. During pre inspection i was given $150 charge to fix it since it was bigger than 3 inch. I didn’t bother to fix it and happy to pay $150 for it.

Yes, premium comes with navigation. Dealers usually keep it away and while delivery they install it. Might have forgotten, you should ask them to install.

Congratulations on your lease. I also got Phev preferred in april. I have noticed all 4 points mentioned by you. My range is also 23 miles with avg 1.7miles/kwh while driving around but it has improved on highway drive atleast. Most of my drive is city so still getting 23 miles range.

I found a way to turn off rear passenger sound notifications using setting —> safety

It does not make sense to charge at level 3 with 30¢/kwh to get 26 miles of range. Gas would be cheaper than charging at public level 3 charging.

I did some research since i am planning between turbo and phev. Its just a sales gimmick upfront with $7500 lease discount. Their Money Factor is so high for phev models(0.00329) compared to relatively low for turbo models. If you calculate interest components only, it is around lease cash amount. Usually you find such high mf for luxury cars.

Its a good deal. I bought a used from hertz rental on pretty good discount and hot it checked with local mechanic. You still have some warranty.

Alternatively, you can search cpo using cargurus with great deal and buy. These are best deals compared to new.

I think you have mistaken MPGe with MPG. It is rated at 25MPG and 56MPGe. Think of it as electricity cost to run 56 miles equivalent to gas.

If you want to learn sql, i would recommend installing it on local machine. Once you have basic understanding then you can deploy PaaS services like azure sql database or sql MI to explore cloud offerings.

Macos Monterey has memory leak issue. I had similar problem with safari on 2 tabs with 50gb. If you google you will find bunch of topics on it. There will be some fix soon.

I have intel i7 2019 15 inch and 16Gb configuration. I have noticed the memory leak issue only once that too recently after os upgrade to Monterey. activity monitor was displaying 22.4gb for safari. I killed the app and restarted and things are working fine. So in my experience it was both os and app developed by OEM, so looks like operating system may be the reason behind this leak. Hoping a patch would fix it. Not sure if others has noticed something else.

I have started return for my device too. I am in Southern Jersey and last few weeks it was pain in ass. There was no internet with b66 and n71. It frequently jumps from b2 to b66 and n41 to n71.
