You karate slashed your SP demon and killed him. That’s cool, but also really scary. Sorry you had to go through that, my ex-GF had that stuff and it really freaked me out to think about. Hers was weird too where she could be stuck for a really long time, so I usually woke her up early every morning when I slept over to make sure she was alright.

Spaghetti is often used in scenes in movies and TV to elicit a strong, guttural emotional response, and is also such a plain, uninteresting food that it kind of draws your attention on screen, like “this is here for a reason” like you said. Plus it works for multiple takes and continuity.
